Canadian Aviation Pride exists to connect, support, and uplift LGBTQ+ people and allies across Canada’s aviation community. We bring together pilots, flight attendants, maintenance engineers, air traffic controllers, ground crew, administrators, military personnel, students, and enthusiasts who share a commitment to visibility, inclusion, and belonging in aviation.

Our work is community-driven. Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do—from events and outreach to advocacy, storytelling, and behind-the-scenes operations. If you believe aviation is stronger when everyone is welcome, there is a place for you here.

How You Can Get Involved

No aviation license or prior volunteer experience is required—just a commitment to respect, inclusion, and teamwork.
