The Festival is now at Concord Pacific Place, 88 Pacific Blvd, and Creekside Park, Vancouver DATE: August 5th & 6th, 2023

Our booth will be on the North East corner of the hockey rink at Concord Pacific Place. 

set up time is 11am-11:45am

Pack up time is 7pm. usually done in under 30 minutes. 

Shifts

11 - 2pm, set up and operate

2 pm - 5pm operate 

5pm -7:30pm, operate and shut down.

If you only want to help with set up, that is 11am-noon

Pack up is 7pm-7:30 pm. extra hands are always welcome.
