One of Canadian Aviation Pride's goals is create a Scholarship Fund to encourage those entering the aviation industry whether as a maintenance engineer, pilot or other specialty.

In 2016 we became a not-for-profit organization, and our next objective is to set up a scholarship program for Canadian LGBTQ2S Aviators.

Later in 2018 we will have further information, with a view to set up a scholarship in 2019.
